Description
Instant snaps are different kinds of snaps that can be activates when a command asks for a
point.
Objects snaps
.end -- Endpoint
.mid -- Midpoint
.cen -- Center
.node -- Node
.ins -- Insertion
.qua -- Quadrant
.nea -- Nearest
.int -- Intersection
.per -- Perpendicular
.tang -- Tangent
Coordinate snaps
.x -- takes the X coordinate, then asks for Y and Z
.y -- takes the Y coordinate, then asks for X et Z
.z -- takes the Z coordinate, then asks for X et Y
.xy -- takes the X et Y coordinates, then asks for Z
.xz -- takes the X et Z coordinates, then asks for Y
.yz -- takes the Y et Z coordinates, then asks for X
Reference snaps
.from -- asks for a reference point
.par -- asks to select a line, then snaps in parallel to that line
Remarks
The instant snaps .tang and .par can't be used for the first point.
Only one instant object snap can be used a the time; however, this one can be used with a
coordinate snap.
