Description
The Fill pattern command is used to create a fill pattern object from closed curves, without
associating the pattern to these curves.

The Fill pattern command opens a fill pattern creation window.
You must select one or more closed curves, along with the Pattern type, etc.
If the Pattern type is "Solid", then you can also select options for a color gradient.
Remarks
The Transparency is only for the solid fills and is only active in Wire 2D view. It takes an
index between 0 and 25 inclusively where 0 is transparent and 255, opaque.
For a fill pattern to be associated with a curve (arc, circle, ellipse, rectangle or polyline), use
the FillProperties property of the Filling category of the curve in question.
