Description
An Arrow is a curve composed of lines and/or arcs and is defined by a collection of points
(Points).

Arrow
The Arrow command first asks for a start point, it then asks for other points, the lines or arcs are
drawn between these points. The bloc selected for the point of the arrow (ArrowBlock) is drawn at
the first point.
Remarks
The point of the arrow is drawn in the plane formed by the first point and the extrusion vector
(ExtrusionVector).
